Our Data Sources

We source our property data from Domain.com.au, one of Australia's leading property portals. Suburb statistics are compiled from ABS census data, CoreLogic indices, and local government records. Amenity scores are calculated using OpenStreetMap data and proximity algorithms.

Technology

PropLense is built with modern web technologies including Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. Our backend integrates with multiple APIs to deliver real-time property data and generate institutional-grade PDF reports that you can save and share.
