4. Data Accuracy and Reliability

  • Property data is sourced from third-party providers (primarily Domain.com.au)
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
  • Suburb statistics may be outdated or based on estimates
  • Amenity scores are calculated using algorithms and may not reflect subjective quality
  • Property values, rental estimates, and projections are approximations
  • You should verify all information independently before relying on it

5. User Responsibilities

When using PropLense, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our data in bulk
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Not impersonate any person or entity
  • Not transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PropLense, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, code, and software, is the property of PropLense or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use PropLense for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

PropLense may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Domain.com.au listings). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • PropLense is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for investment losses, data inaccuracies, or decisions made based on our Service
  • Our total liability shall not exceed AUD $100

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PropLense, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violating these Terms
  • Remove or modify any content on the platform

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PropLense shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us at support@proplense.com.au before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PropLense after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PropLense regarding the use of the Service.
